a wonderful experience!
attentive staff positive checkin great concierge superb decoration
I enjoyed my visit. The staff was very attentive. the check-in was positive and efficient. the concierge, deepak, was great. the hotel is decorated superbly throughout, so i always make this hotel my top choice when i'm visiting.
the pillows and bed could be more comfortable. even after asking for softer pillows, it didn't improve much. our room had quite a bit of noise both from inside and outside the building.

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym with cardio machines and free weights and offers complimentary access to guests, furthermore the hotel has a luxurious spa, with a range of treatments for relaxation. i loved the bar in the basement, so cosy.

breakfast is served in a restaurant with a beautiful domed ceiling. the hotel provides a diverse breakfast selection with fresh, high-quality ingredients. the breakfast service was lovely and attentive to all my needs, such a great experience.

The staff ensures luggage assistance and offers valet parking. They even parked my car. i was greeted warmly upon arrival with a glass of champagne. It was unexpected. the staff throughout the hotel are polite.

My room included blackout blinds, so i slept very well. The hotel also provided fresh milk in the fridge. the room featured a modern design, the bed was comfy too. the room had a lovely shower and well-appointed bathroom.

the hotel is in a prime location for city exploration. it is easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, it felt safe day and night. the hotel is perfect for visiting the city.

prompt valet ideal location
A signature scent permeated the hotel, it was lovely. i liked the prompt valet service. I didn't wait long at all. the location was ideal. Everything felt accessible from the hotel.
The noise from outside was considerable. i could hear it from my room. It impacted my sleep.

The room size felt decent. The bathroom also had ample space. decor suited my tastes. i appreciated the king room bradshaw. It met my expectations.

easy luggage great champagne large rooms
the staff sent luggage straight to my room. i was welcomed with champagne. the rooms were large, and very clean.
the fridge in my room made a bit noise at night.

i found some significant issues the bar area felt incomplete it closed too early at 1030 pm there was nowhere else to sit it impacted our evening plans

great staff quality produce relaxing lounge limited amenities parking charge prior notice
The staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. Top quality fresh produce was used. The lounge area offered a glass of champagne during check-in. It was relaxing. Everything.
The hotel has limited amenities. There is no gym, spa, or pool. A parking charge was applied to my bill without prior notice. That was bad. I expected more for the money I paid.
